We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the following working day.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, couriers may not leave parcels in a safe place if you are not available to receive them. They may occasionally leave your parcel with a neighbour.
Delivery
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays.
- We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
- Special timed deliveries are unavailable in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
- While we strive to ensure your parcel arrives promptly, delays may occur with the courier during busy periods.
If You’re Not Available to Receive Your Order
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel:
- They will make a second delivery attempt on the next working day.
- The courier will leave a message with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date.
If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts:
- The parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
- You will need to cover the cost of redelivery.
- If you no longer wish to receive the order, a refund can be issued minus the delivery fee and return fee.

- Accurate Information: Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery and contact details are correct at the time of ordering. Ilunah Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
- Lost or Stolen Parcels: While we will do our best to support you, Ilunah Aesthetics cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or stolen in transit.
- International Deliveries: For international orders, it is your responsibility to arrange delivery with your local provider if necessary.
- Customs and Regulations: Ilunah Aesthetics is not liable for orders delayed or seized due to customs regulations in your country.
- Income Loss: We are not responsible for any loss of income resulting from non-delivery.
