While we strive to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, we provide no guarantees or warranties regarding its completeness, performance, or suitability for any purpose. Your use of this website is entirely at your own risk.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any products or services purchased meet your specific requirements.
All orders are subject to availability, and Ilunah Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel orders due to errors in pricing or availability.
It is your responsibility to ensure all delivery and contact information is correct when placing an order. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or additional charges.
3. Proof of Qualifications
We only supply products to trained practitioners who have completed CPD-accredited aesthetics training. Proof of qualifications will be required before processing your first order. If proof cannot be provided, the order will be canceled, and a refund issued.
4. Liability
Ilunah Aesthetics accepts no responsibility for complications or adverse reactions arising from the use of products purchased. Liability for such issues lies with the product manufacturers, and any claims should be directed to them.
We are not responsible for the following:
Loss of earnings or reputation due to product use.
Legal or insurance-related expenses incurred as a result of product complications.
We cannot guarantee the results of any products and do not replace items based on treatment outcomes.
5. Replacement Items
To request a replacement for a defective product:

Provide clear photos of the box, including the batch number, and the syringe.
Provide a detailed description of the issue.
Items must be returned for testing before a replacement is considered.
Replacement eligibility excludes items where external tools like needles or cannulas have been used.
6. Delivery and Lost/Damaged Items
Ilunah Aesthetics uses third-party couriers for shipping. While we do our best to assist with lost or damaged parcels, liability rests with the courier.
Any issues with delivery (e.g., lost, stolen, or damaged items) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Delivery Protection Cover is available for an additional fee to safeguard your order against courier-related issues. Without this cover, refunds or replacements are subject to courier investigations, which may take time and offer no guarantees.
7. International Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country's laws regarding the import of aesthetics products. Ilunah Aesthetics is not liable for packages seized or delayed due to customs regulations.
Delivery to your country may require additional coordination with local providers, which remains your responsibility.
8. Returns and Cancellations
Returns are accepted for faulty products only, provided the fault is reported and verified as per our replacement process.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once shipped, except under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
9. Training Courses
For online and in-person training courses, it is your responsibility to ensure you hold the correct qualifications to complete the course and obtain insurance. Refunds will not be issued for lack of qualifications.
Cancellations for in-person training must be made 14 days in advance for a full refund. Changes to course dates may incur a £25 admin fee.
10. Intellectual Property
This website contains materials owned by or licensed to Ilunah Aesthetics. Reproduction or use without permission is prohibited.
Unauthorised use of this website may result in legal action.
11. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing to support@ilunahaesthetics.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one week and resolve them as quickly as possible.
12. Governing Law
Your use of this website and any disputes arising are subject to the laws of the United Kingdom.
