Shipping
We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped the following working day.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, couriers may not leave parcels in a safe place if you are not available to receive them. They may occasionally leave your parcel with a neighbour.
Delivery
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 8:00 PM. Unfortunately, deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays.
- We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
- Special timed deliveries are unavailable in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
- While we strive to ensure your parcel arrives promptly, delays may occur with the courier during busy periods.
If You’re Not Available to Receive Your Order
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel:
- They will make a second delivery attempt on the next working day.
- The courier will leave a message with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date.
If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts:
- The parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
- You will need to cover the cost of redelivery.
- If you no longer wish to receive the order, a refund can be issued minus the delivery fee and return fee.
